You can also record with sopcast, it's very easy!
Instructions:
Make sure to download Sopcast first:
http://www.myp2p.eu/softwareitem.php?softwareid=5&part=software (it's 1 of the main p2p programs)
Then, start sopcast and select a channel, or mostly you start a channel from our schedules/listings.
Then, (see the screenshot 1), click on the dot on top of the channel. Then it will ask you to open a file. This is an error in the program, open means save!.
So basically it asks you where to save it. Select a location, and save it to it by pressing Open.
Then, you get back to the channel window and the dot on top will be in red, which means recorded.
To stop the record, just press the red dot and it has stopped.
To open your record, search for it --> you saved it as an asf file, so you can open it with WMP directly. Double click it and there you got the record running.
